Workshop Requirements:

• Venue that can take up to 50 pax 
• Audio and Projection 
• Saturday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm venue availability (Staff personnel available to open and close venue) 

Graduation Requirements:

• Venue that can take up to 100 pax
• Audio and Projection
• Saturday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm venue availability (Staff personnel available to open and close venue) 

•  7:30 am Pick-up and Drop off at Venue: Collect Mentees from a central POM high School (TBC) and drop them off at the RISE workshop venue in central POM. 
•  4:00 pm Collection from RISE workshop venue back to school 
•  Safe, reliable vehicle's that transport the mentees safely to the workshop location 
•  Vehicles that can carry up to 20 Mentees 

WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Lunch for 50 pax – Mentees, Mentors, volunteers, guests, and organising committee 
•  Morning Tea – Tea, Coffee, Biscuits/Muffins, Fruit 
•  Afternoon Tea – Muffins, Fruit, Snacks 

 GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Lunch for 100 pax – Mentees, Mentors, volunteers, guests, and organising committee 
•  Morning Tea – Tea, Coffee, Biscuits/Muffins, Fruit 

 FLIGHTS: 

•  Return Flights from Brisbane to Papua New Guinea 
•  Flight to POM monthly between February 2025 and November 2025 
•   2-3 people

 ACCOMMODATION:

•  4 nights Accommodation (Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea) monthly between February 2025 and November 2025 
• 2-3 people
